Dark Eye is a ficticious UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) created by Raytheon which is a major American defense contractor in Massachusetts. If they developed a drone for domestic applications here in the states, what would it be like? It would certainly need an element of stealth, be able to operate for sustained flight-times, emit low rotor noise and be able to record hi-resolution imagery, video and audio data.
