Very nice renders ... though far different in style than your illustration work (which I think is incredible). What 3D app did you use here?
Hi Brian, thanks for your feedback! I used a 3D app called Cinema 4D made by Maxon. They are also the orginators of a built in module called BodyPaint which is a nice texturing tool.
Those look like high-end Renderman images done though Maya or something. I have tried the demo of Cinema 4D before and like that program very much. I currently use Lightwave myself ... but only for work.
Look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
