Here are some more sketches done w/ a black ball-point pen in a sketchbook. Pages were lightly gessoed w/ an acrylic-tinted based to reduce the stark white paper and to better accept mixed media.

you can check out all of the previous winners' submissions for past contests by clicking on past contests... i just thought you could probably own all these fools and make some cash... topcoder is a legit site for algorithm contests, but they're branching out to design...
